1. Организует выявление, учет и устройство детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. 2. Решает вопросы содержания, воспитания и образования детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. 3. Проводит обследование материально-бытовых условий семьи опекунов (попечителей), приемных родителей, усыновителей. 4. Осуществляет защиту прав и интересов детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей: 5. Обеспечивает временное устройство детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, сохранность их имущества и жилищных помещений (совместно с уполномоченными органами). 6. Проводит обследование жилищно-бытовых условий и условий воспитания детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, лиц, изъявивших желание стать усыновителями, опекунами (попечителями), приемными родителями, в установленном законодательством порядке. 7. Осуществляет учет граждан Российской Федерации, изъявивших желание быть усыновителями, опекунами (попечителями), приемными родителями. 8. Осуществляет подготовку заключения о возможности граждан, проживающих на территории Дальнеконстантиновского муниципального округа, выполнять вышеуказанные обязанности. 9. Осуществляет подготовку документов и устройство детей- сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, и несовершеннолетних, не имеющих надлежащих условий для воспитания в семье, под опеку (попечительство) граждан, в приемную семью, усыновление, в случае отсутствия такой возможности- в соответствующие учреждения для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей). 10. Осуществляет работу в автоматизированной системе государственного банка данных о детях, оставшихся без попечения родителей. 11. Осуществляет подготовку материалов о назначении денежных выплат на содержание подопечного, единовременной выплаты пособия при передаче несовершеннолетнего в семью. 12. Осуществляет подготовку договоров о передаче ребенка на воспитание под опеку на возмездной и безвозмездной основе, иных договоров, относящихся к компетенции органов опеки и попечительства. 13. Организует необходимую помощь и проведение профессиональных консультаций для опекунов (попечителей), приемных родителей по вопросам воспитания детей, организации их отдыха, лечения, трудоустройства и социальной защиты. 14. Консультирует по спорным вопросам между родителями, проживающими отдельно от ребенка, о его воспитании, принятие решения на общение с ребенком дедушки, бабушки, братьев, сестер и других родственников. 15. Участвует в заседаниях судов и в исполнении решений судов о передаче или отобрании детей в порядке, установленном законодательством РФ. 16. Осуществление совместно с уполномоченными органами отобрания детей при непосредственной угрозе их жизни и здоровью (в порядке, установленном законодательством РФ).
