Организация и документооборот: Формирование проектных документов, отчётов, презентаций согласно методологиям и ЛНД. Организация встреч, совещаний (включая аудио-/видеосвязь, бронирование переговорных, заказ пропусков). Ведение и согласование протоколов совещаний (включая оперативные и управляющие советы). Формирование и ведение перечней задач и поручений, контроль статусов. Организация согласования проектной, сметной, исполнительской документации, контроль сроков. Ведение официальной переписки, подготовка проектов писем. Размещение и структурирование документов на проектных ресурсах, управление доступом. Командировки и обеспечение команды: Бронирование авиа- и ж/д билетов, гостиниц, трансферов, оформление авансовых отчётов. Обеспечение проектной команды рабочими местами, полномочиями в ИС, контроль пропусков. Учёт трудозатрат и отчётность: Внесение данных по проекту в корпоративные системы (статусы, вехи, графики). Формирование и согласование трудозатрат в СУТЗ (еженедельно и ежемесячно). Контроль учёта трудозатрат в рамках проектов, предоставление отчётов руководителю. Взаимодействие и эскалация: Коммуникация с участниками проекта, заказчиком, поставщиками, смежными подразделениями. Эскалация проблем, которые невозможно решить самостоятельно. Соблюдение нормативных требований: Выполнение требований информационной безопасности. Изучение и соблюдение ЛНД, участие в их разработке и актуализации. Соблюдение коммерческой тайны, правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией. Выполнение поручений руководителя, информирование о ходе работ, подготовка отчётных материалов. Соблюдение требований по управлению рисками и противодействию коррупции. Промышленная безопасность, охрана труда и окружающей среды (ПБОТОС): Соблюдение нормативных и распорядительных документов по ПБОТОС, правил внутреннего распорядка. Прохождение обучения, инструктажей, проверок знаний, медосмотров в установленном порядке. Правильное применение средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ), бережное отношение к имуществу. Немедленное информирование руководителя и ответственных служб о любых ситуациях, угрожающих жизни и здоровью, авариях, несчастных случаях. Участие в совещаниях по вопросам ПБОТОС.

Опыт работы: Администрирование ИТ-проектов / программ от 3 лет. Обязательный проектный опыт: 1 ИТ-проект с бюджетом от 50 млн руб., территориально-распределённый, длительностью от 12 месяцев, со сложным организационным/функциональным объёмом. Желателен опыт в ИТ-консалтинге, нефтегазовой, инженерно-технической, финансовой или планово-экономической сфере, а также по автоматизации бизнес-процессов и внедрению ИС. Профессиональные навыки: Продвинутый пользователь MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, ARIS). Работа с большими объёмами информации: сбор, обобщение, анализ, систематизация. Постановка и контроль выполнения задач, работа в режиме многозадачности. Формирование отчётности (регламентной и оперативной) в различных разрезах и форматах. Организация проектного документооборота и деловой переписки. Знание методологий управления проектами (PMBoK, P2M, PRINCE2 и др.). Коммуникационные навыки, грамотная устная и письменная речь. Личные качества: внимательность, ответственность.
