Обязанности: Формирование маркетинговой стратегии развития и продвижения дополнительных услуг; Обеспечение эффективной продажи услуг; Обеспечение организации, координация и контроль деятельности по оказанию дополнительных услуг потребителям Филиала; Обеспечение удовлетворенности ожиданий клиентов; Организация, контроль и анализ бизнес-процесса оказания дополнительных услуг в электросетевых компаний; Обеспечение диверсификации дополнительных услуг, развитие перспективных направлений; Организация и обеспечение предоставления услуги по размещению ВОЛС и оборудования связи; Организация проведения анализа спроса на услуги и сервисы электросетевых компаний; Планирование доходов и расходов от оказания дополнительных услуг; Планирование закупок по дополнительным услугам; Формирование отчетности и предложений по развитию процесса оказания дополнительных услуг; Развитие Интернет-коммерции дополнительных услуг; Обеспечение развития электрозарядной инфраструктуры Организация и контроль качественного взаимодействия с клиентами.

Высшее образование (магистратура или специалитет) преимущественно в сфере электроэнергетики, техническое, экономики, юриспруденции, менеджмента; Стаж работы в сфере электроэнергетики, строительстве, нефтяной сфере или продаж электроэнергетики не менее 5 лет, в т.ч. на руководящих должностях не менее 3 лет в производственной компании; Профессиональные навыки: знание программного обеспечения и компьютерных технологий, необходимых для организации эффективной работы департамента; знание основ маркетинга и менеджмента, методов изучения рыночной конъюнктуры и разработки прогнозов потребности в области оказываемых дополнительных услуг, методов и процедур проведения закупок. Готовность к командировкам по Нижегородской области. Стрессоустойчивость, инициативность, высокая степень ответственности, умение работать в режиме многозадачности, неконфликтность, пунктуальность.
