Установка и настройка офисного ПО; Установка на серверы и рабочие станции сетевое программное обеспечение; Интегрирование программного обеспечения на файл-серверах, серверах систем управления базами данных и на рабочих станциях; Поддержка рабочего состояния программного обеспечения сервера и рабочих станций; Регистрация пользователей, назначение идентификаторов и паролей; Обучение пользователей работе в сети, ведению архивов, ответы на вопросы пользователей, связанные с работой в сети, составление инструкции по работе с сетевым программным обеспечением и доведение их до сведений пользователей; Организация доступа к локальной и глобальной сетям; Проведение мониторинга сети, разработка предложений по развитию инфраструктуры сети; Обеспечение сетевой безопасности (защиту от несанкционированного доступа к информации, просмотра или изменения системных файлов и данных), Подготовка предложений по модернизации и приобретению сетевого оборудования; Информирование непосредственного руководителя о случаях злоупотребления сетью и принятых мерах. Поддержка и консультация пользователей (в т.ч. удаленная); Монтаж СКС, настройка активного сетевого оборудования Закупка it-оборудования и расходников; Участие в написании технической документации, инструкций, регламентов, ТЗ; Автоматизация бизнес-процессов.

Высшее, не оконченное высшее и среднее образование, желательно профильное. Опыт работы в сфере информационных технологий, предпочтительно в области технической поддержки и обслуживания клиентов не менее 1 года. Профильное образование, курсы, повышение квалификации будут преимуществом. Уверенное знание Windows (сервер, ПК), Alt-linux. Знание и умение использовать современные технологии и системы видео, аудио, теле коммуникации, системы хранения данных, видео-наблюдение, СКУД, ip-телефония. Опытный пользователь ПК: Excel, Word, Power Point, Клиент-Банки (установка, переустановка, настройка). Должен владеть: настройка принтеров, МФУ, сканеров (в том числе сетевых), прочая офисная периферия. Организация планов резервного копирования при помощи Acronis, и прочего ПО - Средства для удаленного управления ПК. Средства управления системами видеонаблюдения и контроля доступа. Пользовательское ПО.
