- определять текущую и перспективную потребность учреждения в персонале с учетом стратегии развития Кадрового центра ЗО; - проводить работу по оптимизации численного состава учреждения; - анализировать текучесть персонала; - вести установленную кадровую отчетность; - использовать единые критерии и технологии привлечения и отбора персонала; - вести единую базу кандидатов; - анализировать квалификационные характеристики будущего специалиста и формировать профиль сотрудника на данной должности; - проводить мероприятия по привлечению кандидатов на вакантные места; - осуществлять работу по поиску, отбору и найму квалифицированных работников с использованием различных источников привлечения; - внедрять программу адаптации персонала в период испытательного срока; - определять план работы для вновь принятых сотрудников на период испытательного срока; - анализировать успешность прохождения работником испытательного срока; - анализировать потребность обучения персонала: классификация видов обучения, содержание обучения, стоимость и приоритетность; - участвовать в разработке годовых и перспективных планов подготовки, переподготовки, повышения квалификации персонала; - сотрудничать с организациями, осуществляющими обучение; - вести базу данных по учебным заведениям; - участвовать в организации и проведении процесса обучения сотрудников; - осуществлять подбор наставников и инструкторов внутреннего обучения; - проводить оценку эффективности обучения в соответствии с критериями; - оценивать потенциальные возможности работника и его профессиональную компетенцию; - оценивать соответствие результатов труда нормативным требованиям, запланированным показателям, поставленным целям; - использовать возможности для совершенствования деловых или личных качеств сотрудника; - изучать мотивационные феномены с целью активизации деятельности работников, их побуждения к труду посредством удовлетворения потребностей; - применять систему нематериального стимулирования; - использовать прозрачную (справедливую) систему поощрений и взысканий; - анализировать сложившуюся систему социальных и моральных норм и ценностей в структурных подразделениях и учреждении в целом; - внедрять нормы и правила, способствующие развитию корпоративной культуры; - давать рекомендации по улучшению социально-психологического климата в коллективе; - анализировать нарушения трудовой дисциплины и эффективность сложившейся системы профилактических мер и санкций; - анализировать возникновение трудовых конфликтов, причин удовлетворенности и неудовлетворенности сотрудников своей работой;

Высшее образование; Опыт работы в кадровой службе от 1 года с численностью штата не менее 300 человек; Отличное знание ТК РФ; Уверенный пользователь ПК; Опыт работы в 1С; Усидчивость, внимательность к деталям.
