The posting

- участвовать в формировании Технических заданий; - осуществлять формирование заявок на закупку; - осуществлять инициацию и контроль исполнения оплат контрагентам по договорам; - осуществлять анализ рынка и работы с подрядными организациями в части закупки услуг (ПИР, СМР и т.п.); - принимать участие в составе рабочей группы в усовершенствовании формы типовых договоров на проектно-изыскательские и строительно-монтажные работы; - осуществлять взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями; - осуществлять контроль исполнения договоров: - контроль графиков и исполнения сроков поставки оборудования и ТМЦ; - выборочный контроль изготовления на заводах; - формирование планов контроля качества оборудования и ТМЦ на площадках. Участие при входном контроле на площадках. - контролировать возникновение и исполнение поставщиками обязательств по штрафам и пени; - собирать необходимый пакет документов для оформления претензии, оформлять с привлечением менеджера по договорной работе, отправлять претензию, получать ответ; - отвечать за своевременность и полноту передачи материалов в Юридический департамент при возникновении судебного делопроизводства; - осуществлять контроль исполнения договоров, формирование, поступления денежных средств (штрафов, пени от контрагентов); - отслеживание и контроль поступления таможенной документации по поставке на площадку импортируемого оборудования и ТМЦ; - присутствие (при необходимости) при таможенном оформлении и получении грузов со склада временного хранения (СВХ); - подготовка и согласование актов о приемке оборудования (в т.ч. форма ТОРГ-12, ОС-14) и актов о приемке-передаче оборудования в монтаж (в т.ч. форма ОС-15); - мониторинг причин, вызывающих срывы сроков поставки, таможенного оформления, подготовка пояснительных записок по вопросам, связанным с таможенным оформлением грузов. - осуществлять формирование и актуализацию базы контрагентов, проведение аудита контрагентов; - осуществлять формирование отчетности по проекту в части поставок.

- навыки делопроизводства, систематизации, учета и ведения технической и правовой документации; - навыки пользования правовыми информационно-справочными системами (1С, Microsoft Project, групповые календари) и владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя - навыки бюджетирования и экономического анализа; - основы договорной и претензионной работы; - навыки ведения переговоров; - знание английского языка не ниже уровня advanced (является преимуществом); - образование: высшее инженерно-техническое или экономическое образование; - опыт работы не менее 3 лет.
