В своей деятельности главный специалист руководствуется основными обязанностями муниципального служащего, предусмотренными Федеральным законом от 02.03.2007 № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации . Выполняет указания и поручения вышестоящего руководителя. Участвует в разработке проектов нормативных правовых актов округа. Проводит правовую и антикоррупционную экспертизу нормативных правовых актов, проектов договоров и соглашений. Представляет интересы администрации в судах, готовит исковые заявления, жалобы, обеспечивает получение судебных документов и исполнительных листов. Рассматривает претензии и жалобы, поступающие в адрес администрации, готовит обоснованные ответы. Участвует в подготовке проектов договоров, заключаемых от имени администрации. Консультирует специалистов и руководителей по правовым вопросам, ведёт приём населения. Ознакомляет должностных лиц с нормативными правовыми актами. Участвует в заседаниях комиссий при администрации. Выполняет иные поручения руководителя управления и главы округа.

Знание- Конституции Российской Федерации; -Трудового, Гражданского, Бюджетного, Налогового, Земельного, Арбитражного кодексов Российской Федерации и кодексом Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях; - Федерального закона от 20.03.2025 № 33-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в единой системе публичной власти; -Федерального закона от 09.02.2007 №16-ФЗ О транспортной безопасности; - Федерального закона от 02.03.2007 № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации; - Федерального закона от 25.12.2008 №273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции; - закона Магаданской области от 02.11.2007 № 900-ОЗ О муниципальной службе в Магаданской области - закона Магаданской области от 04.03.2008 №979-ОЗ О профилактике коррупции в Магаданской области - Устава муниципального образования Ягоднинский муниципальный округ Магаданской области; - федеральных, областных и муниципальных нормативных правовых актов в области трудового права, профилактике и противодействию коррупции. 2.3. Профессиональные навыки: - выполнения поручений непосредственного руководителя; -взаимодействия с государственными органами, органами местного самоуправления и иными организациями; - квалифицированного планирования работы; - анализа и прогнозирования деятельности в порученной сфере; - подготовки информационно-аналитических материалов; - систематического повышения своей квалификации; - владения компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым программным обеспечением.
