1. Осуществляет руководство деятельностью медицинского пункта в соответствии с положением о медицинском пункте Учреждения, его функциями и задачами. 2. Координирует деятельность структурного подразделения с другими структурными подразделениями Учреждения, обеспечивает их взаимосвязь в работе. 3. Совершенствует формы и методы медицинской деятельности в Учреждении. 4. Осуществляет контроль за работой персонала медицинского пункта, качеством оказания медицинской помощи обучающимся и посетителям Учреждения. 5. Осуществляет контроль за исполнением санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима в Учреждении. 6. В случае необходимости осуществляет медицинские осмотры обучающихся, прием и консультацию посетителей; 7. Обеспечивает соблюдение трудового законодательства и охраны труда для персонала медицинского пункта. 8. Принимает меры по обеспечению выполнения работниками медицинского пункта своих должностных обязанностей и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. 9. Разрабатывает перспективные и текущие планы работы медицинского пункта, осуществляет контроль за выполнением этих планов. 10. Анализирует работу медицинского пункта за отчетный период, представляет отчет о работе медицинского пункта в установленном порядке. 11. Осуществляет контроль за качеством ведения медицинской документации. 12. Организует получение работниками медицинского пункта дополнительного профессионального образования (повышение квалификации, профессиональная переподготовка) в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.

Личностные качества (коммуникабельность, дисциплинированность); наличие определенного опыта (в качестве руководителя).
