1. Исследование текущих тенденций и анализ конкурентной среды для выявления возможностей роста и улучшения позиций бюро на рынке; 2. Создание и реализация стратегий продвижения архитектурных услуг, включая разработку рекламных кампаний и мероприятий по продвижению бренда; 3. Оценка результатов проведенных маркетинговых мероприятий, анализ их эффективности и внесение корректировок для достижения лучших результатов; 4. Проведение опросов, интервью и анализа данных для понимания потребностей и предпочтений клиентов, а также разработка профилей целевой аудитории; 5. Подготовка текстов, изображений и других материалов для рекламных кампаний, презентаций и сайтов, подчеркивающих уникальные преимущества архитектурного бюро; 6. Сбор и анализ данных о маркетинговых активностях, поведении клиентов и эффективности различных каналов продвижения для предоставления регулярных отчетов руководству; 7. Координация маркетинговых усилий с отделом продаж для обеспечения согласованности и повышения конверсии потенциальных клиентов в реальные проекты.

1. Уверенное владение ключевыми маркетинговыми метриками (ROI, LTV, конверсия, CAC) и умение связывать маркетинговые активности с бизнес-результатами бюро; 2. Практическое владение Яндекс.Метрикой и Google Analytics для сбора и интерпретации данных; 3. Умение строить дашборды в Tableau, Power BI или аналогичных программах для наглядного представления маркетинговых процессов и результатов; 4. Наличие отраслевых архитектурных знаний: понимание этапов проектирования, особенностей ценообразования, каналов продвижения архитектурных услуг, каналов привлечения клиентов; 5. Опыт сбора и анализа данных о конкурентах (анализ сайтов, соцсетей, рекламных кампаний), сегментация аудитории и формирование ценностного предложения для разных групп клиентов; 6. Способность презентовать аналитические выводы коллегам из других отделов (дизайн, продажи), чётко объяснять сложные метрики и участвовать в кросс-функциональном взаимодействии для увеличения развития и продаж и достижения общих целей архитектурного бюро.
