Осуществляет руководство производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью смены, контролирует работу персонала смены участка. Обеспечивает выполнение производственных заданий сотрудниками, соблюдение установленной технологии производства изделий, выполнения работ, ритмичный выпуск продукции высокого качества; проводит работу по предупреждению брака и следит за соблюдением установленных нормативов качества, предъявляемых к выпускаемой продукции. Обеспечивает выполнение производственного плана переработки нерафинированного масла. Организует своевременную подготовку производства, рациональную загрузку и бесперебойную работу оборудования в смену. Контролирует процессы запуска и остановки основного и вспомогательного оборудования. Осуществляет оперативный контроль за обеспечением материальными и энергетическими ресурсами, технически правильной эксплуатацией оборудования и других основных средств, экономным расходованием сырья, топлива, материалов; выявляет, предотвращает и устраняет причины нарушений хода производства. Организует оперативный учет движения продукции по рабочим местам и выполнения производственных заданий. Контролирует соблюдение работниками технологической, производственной и трудовой дисциплины, правил и норм охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, представляет предложения о наложении дисциплинарных взысканий на нарушителей производственной и трудовой дисциплины. Контролирует технологический процесс участка, сообщает непосредственному руководителю о любых ситуациях изменения технологического процесса. Регулирует работу участка в зависимости от анализов лаборатории на поступающее сырье.
