- Ведение бухгалтерского, налогового и управленческого учёта финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. - Формирование и сдача бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической и иной отчётности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. - Контроль за экономным использованием материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов, сохранностью собственности организации. - Обеспечение законности, современности и правильности оформления документов, расчётов по заработной плате, правильного начисления налогов, сборов, страховых взносов и иных платежей. - Участие в формировании учётной политики в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учёте и исходя из структуры и особенностей деятельности организации. - Разработка форм документов внутренней бухгалтерской отчётности. - Обеспечение порядка проведения инвентаризаций. - Контроль за проведением хозяйственных операций. - Обеспечение соблюдения технологии обработки бухгалтерской информации и порядка документооборота. - Разработка и осуществление мероприятий, направленных на укрепление финансовой дисциплины. - Учёт имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций, основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей, денежных средств. - Начисление и выплата в установленные сроки заработной платы и иных выплат. - Составление и своевременная сдача статистической отчётности в соответствии с законодательством РФ. - Систематический учёт положений, инструкций, других нормативных актов по вопросам организации и ведения бухгалтерского и налогового учёта. - Хранение документов (первичных учётных документов, регистров бухгалтерского учёта, отчётности, а также прочих документов на бумажных и электронных носителях информации) в соответствии с законодательством РФ. - Проведение комплексного экономического анализа деятельности организации. - Организация бухгалтерского учёта и отчётности с применением современных технических средств и информационных технологий, прогрессивных форм и методов учёта и контроля.

При выборе бухгалтера для АНО мы учитываем следующие критерии: Профессиональные навыки. Навыки работы с делопроизводством, бухучётом, законодательной базой, составлением отчётности, применением налоговых вычетов и штрафными санкциями. Опыт работы. Приветствуется успешный опыт работы единственным бухгалтером и опыт в аналогичных АНО структурах (субсидии,гранты). Владение информационными технологиями. Опыт работы с бухгалтерскими программами и базами(1С, АЦК-финансы, АЦК-планирование, электронный бюджет, СБИС) Личные качества. Усидчивость, внимательность, терпение, умение общаться с людьми, слышать их и доносить до них информацию. Требования: Высшее образование (экономическое, бухгалтерский учет) Опыт работы в аналогичных структурах (АНО, государственные структуры). Опыт работы с целевым финансированием не менее 1 года
