Ключевые обязанности Документационное обеспечение: оформление приёма, перевода и увольнения работников согласно ТК РФ; ведение и хранение трудовых книжек, вкладышей, личных дел сотрудников; подготовка и регистрация кадровых документов (приказы, распоряжения, заявления); учёт и выдача справок о трудовой деятельности, выписок, копий документов; формирование и ведение банка данных о персонале. Кадровый учёт и отчётность: учёт численности и движения персонала; ведение табеля учёта рабочего времени; составление установленной кадровой отчётности; Контроль и соблюдение норм: контроль соблюдения трудового законодательства и внутренних регламентов; мониторинг трудовой дисциплины и правил внутреннего распорядка; обеспечение сохранности персональных данных в соответствии с законом.

Среднее профессиональное образование + дополнительное профессиональное образование (переподготовка) по направлению «Кадровое делопроизводство» или «Управление персоналом». Регулярное повышение квалификации (курсы, семинары, вебинары по изменениям в трудовом законодательстве и кадровом учёте). Знания: трудовое законодательство РФ (ТК РФ, федеральные законы, подзаконные акты); законодательство о персональных данных (ФЗ‑152); правила ведения и хранения кадровой документации; порядок оформления трудовых отношений (приём, перевод, увольнение, отпуска, командировки); основы воинского учёта и миграционного учёта иностранных работников; принципы расчёта стажа, пенсий, льгот и компенсаций; нормы деловой этики и конфиденциальности. Кандидат должен уметь: оформлять трудовые договоры, приказы, справки, локальные нормативные акты; вести учёт и регистрацию документов в информационных системах (1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом, SAP HR и др.); работать с офисными программами (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); пользоваться справочно‑правовыми системами (КонсультантПлюс, Гарант); вести табели учёта рабочего времени, графики отпусков, личные дела сотрудников; консультировать сотрудников по вопросам трудового законодательства; составлять отчётность для госорганов.
