The posting

Выполнять пусконаладочные работы (ПНР) под руководством инженера. Это значит настраивать, регулировать и тестировать оборудование и системы (электрооборудование, вентиляцию и т.п.). Проверять соответствие. Оценивать, отвечают ли фактические технические характеристики смонтированного оборудования и качество монтажных работ проектной и технической документации. Выявлять дефекты. Находить недочёты в работах или неисправности оборудования, а затем участвовать в их устранении. base.garant.rumoedelo.org Участвовать в планировании. Помогать составлять графики и программы ПНР, а также вносить предложения по мерам охраны труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защите. Работать с измерительной техникой. Подключать приборы, фиксировать нужные параметры и характеристики, а затем обрабатывать полученные данные. Проводить разные виды испытаний. Участвовать в тестах вхолостую, под нагрузкой и в рамках комплексного опробования. Диагностировать и локализовывать неисправности. Выполнять регламентные настройки и мелкий ремонт. Взаимодействовать с другими подразделениями. Координировать работу с проектной службой, представителями производителя оборудования и подрядчиками при устранении замечаний. Контролировать соблюдение норм. Следить, чтобы все работы велись в соответствии с правилами охраны труда, электробезопасности и промышленной безопасности. Давать рекомендации. На основе опыта предлагать корректировки параметров, чтобы повысить надёжность оборудования или упростить технологические процессы. Участвовать во вводе оборудования в эксплуатацию и передаче объекта эксплуатационным службам. Выполнять отдельные служебные поручения руководителя .
