Принимать поступающую в образовательное учреждение корреспонденцию, передавать её в соответствии с указаниями руководителя образовательного учреждения конкретным исполнителям для использования в процессе работы либо подготовки ответов. - Вести делопроизводство, в том числе и в электронной форме; подготавливать проекты приказов и распоряжений по движению контингента обучающихся, оформлять личные дела принятых на обучение, вести алфавитную книгу обучающихся, обрабатывает и оформляет сдачу личных дел обучающихся в архив .- Выполнять различные операции с применением компьютерной техники по программам, предназначенным для сбора, обработки и представления информации. - Следить за своевременным рассмотрением и подготовкой документов, распоряжений, поступивших на исполнение, конкретными исполнителями. - По поручению директора (его заместителя) составлять письма, запросы, другие документы, готовить ответы авторам обращений. -Осуществлять документационный контроль исполнения работниками образовательного учреждения изданных приказов и распоряжений, а также соблюдения сроков исполнения указаний и поручений руководителя образовательного учреждения, взятых на контроль. - Работать в тесном контакте с руководителем образовательного учреждения (его заместителями), педагогическими работниками, Секретарь учебной части обязан:2Качественно выполнять возложенные на него трудовые функции;.Выполнять требования законов Российской Федерации, касающихся его профессиональной деятельности;Исполнять приказы директора и распоряжения непосредственного начальника;Соблюдать Устав Учреждения, Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка,иные организационно-распорядительные документы Учреждения непосредственно касающиеся его деятельности; Проходить обучение нормам и правилам охраны труда, противопожарной и антитеррористической защищенности образовательного учреждения в установленные сроки; .Соблюдать нормы и правила охраны труда, техники безопасности,противопожарной защиты и антитеррористической защищенности образовательного учреждения;Действовать в соответствии с утвержденным планом работы или распоряжениями непосредственного начальника и качественно исполнять возложенные на него работы; Незамедлительно информировать администрацию Учреждения обо всех нарушениях, в том числе нарушениях требований охраны труда, поведения и травматизме участников образовательного процесса; Проходить обучение и аттестацию по санитарным нормам в центрах санитарно-эпидемиологического контроля в установленные сроки. В срок проходить ежегодные медицинские профессиональные осмотры; Соблюдать принятые этические нормы поведения по отношению ко всем работникам и участникам образовательного процесса Учреждения.
