Ведение баз данных и иных систем ведения документации; Ведение внутреннего учета иностранных студентов и абитуриентов; Мониторинг реестра контролируемых лиц; Сбор и внесение актуальной информации в систему учета сведений; Организация и внедрение систем ведения документации; Организация знакомства иностранных студентов с правилами внутреннего распорядка университета, общежития, учебной дисциплиной, миграционным законодательством, контроль за соблюдением иностранными студентами законодательства Российской Федерации; Оформление документов по миграционному учету и контроль за соблюдением иностранными слушателями законодательства Российской Федерации; Обеспечение перевода на иностранные языки актуальных информационных ресурсов, локальных нормативных актов и иных материалов; Подготовка отчетов по требованиям вышестоящих организаций в части, касающейся иностранных студентов; Коммуникация со студентами.

- Знание иностранных языков; - Грамотное владение русским языком; - Ответственность, внимательность, способность работать с большим объемом информации. - Уверенное владение MS Office; - Работа в системе 1С:Документооборот и 1С:Университет; - Владение законодательной базой по вопросам правового положения иностранных граждан в Российской Федерации. Опыт работы в образовательном учреждении приветсвуется.
