Разработка технологической документации на операции сварки, сборки и операционного контроля деталей запорной арматуры, трубопроводов, коллекторов и строительных металлоконструкций Установка порядка выполнения работ и пооперационные маршруты обработки деталей и сборки изделий Составление ресурсных спецификаций деталей и сборочных единиц в 1С Предприятие Разработка технических заданий на проектирование специальной оснастки Разработка схем размещения оборудования и рабочих мест Осуществление расчета расхода и количества сырья, определение норм расхода материалов Участие в хронометражных наблюдениях и расчете трудоёмкости изготовления изделий Выполнение технологического контроля конструкторской документации Выполнение контроля соблюдения технологической дисциплины в действующем производстве Анализ причин брака, участие в разработке мероприятий по устранению и предупреждению их появления Оказание технической помощи мастерам и рабочим в изучении и освоении техпроцессов и технологической документации

Высшее техническое образование Опыт работы инженером-технологом на сварочно-сборочном участке Понимание конструктивных особенностей оборудования для нефтегазовой, химической, теплоэнергетической или смежных отраслей Опыт разработки маршрутных и операционных карт сборки-сварки, карт технологического процесса Знание профильных стандартов на сварку (ГОСТ 14771, ГОСТ 16037), СНиП/СП по газораспределительным системам, требования Ростехнадзора к оборудованию для ОПО Знание требований к неразрушающему контролю (ВИК, радиографический и ультразвуковой) Знание инструментов бережливого производства Желательно наличие НАКС 2 или 3 уровня/готовность пройти аттестацию
