В целях реализации задач и функций, возложенных на Министерство начальник отдела обязан исполнять поручения руководства, данные в пределах полномочий, установленных действующим законодательством; участвовать в подготовке проектов нормативно-правовых актов и проектов решений, относящихся к ведению Министерства по вопросам, возложенных на отдел; контролировать исполнение работниками отдела их служебных обязанностей, в том числе контролировать исполнение документов по качеству и срокам исполнения; в рабочем порядке взаимодействовать с работниками Министерства и иных государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления муниципальных образований Луганской Народной Республики.

Наличие высшего профессионального образования не ниже уровня специалитета, магистратуры по следующим направлениям подготовки: Государственное и муниципальное управление, Юриспруденция, Менеджмент, Связи с общественностью, Журналистика, Телевидение, Музыкальная звукорежиссура, Режиссура кино и телевидения, Продюсерство, Медиакоммуникации . Наличие не менее двух лет стажа гражданской службы или стажа работы по специальности, направлению подготовки. Наличие знаний приоритетных направлений государственной политики в сфере телерадиовещания, тенденций развития информационных технологий; принципов межведомственного и ведомственного документооборота и электронного документооборота, порядка работы со служебной информацией, ресурсов и инструментов государственной политики, принципов функционирования системы органов власти, специфика взаимодействия между ними. На данную вакансию может быть принят в том числе участник СВО.
