The posting

1. Организовывать лечебно-профилактическую и санитарно-профилактическую работу в соответствии с Положением о ФАПе. 2. Составлять и представлять на утверждение план работы ФАПа в установленном порядке. 3. Руководить работой персонала ФАПа. 4.Оказывать доврачебную медицинскую помощь населению на территории деятельности ФАПа: вести амбулаторный прием на ФАПе; вести больных на дому; оказывать первую неотложную медицинскую помощь при острых заболеваниях и несчастных случаях с последующим вызовом врача к этому больному или направлением его в соответствующее ближайшее ЛПУ, независимо от ведомственной подчиненности, сопровождая больного в необходимых случаях лично. 5.Своевременно направлять больных, нуждающихся во врачебной медицинской помощи в соответствующие ЛПУ. 6.Выполнять врачебные назначения. 7.Подготавливать больных к приему врачом на ФАПе. 8.Участвовать в диспансеризации населения. 9.Проводить простейшие лабораторные исследования, лечебный массаж и физиотерапевтические процедуры 10.Производит профилактические прививки и диагностические пробы взрослому населению; 11.Осуществлять противоэпидемические и противопаразитарные мероприятия. 12.Производить подворные обходы по эпидемическим показаниям с целью выявления инфекционных больных, контактных с ними лиц и подозрительных на инфекционные заболевания. 13.Проводить санитарно-просветительную работу среди населения. 14.Обеспечивать медицинскую помощь детям в детских яслях, садах, яслях-садах, детских домах, школах, расположенных на территории деятельности ФАПа и не имеющих в своих штатах соответствующих медицинских работников. 15.Участвовать в текущем санитарном надзоре за объектами санитарного надзора. 16.Сообщать в установленном порядке соответствующим учреждениям здравоохранения района о выявленных нарушениях, инфекционной, паразитарной и профессиональной заболеваемости и отравлениях на территории деятельности ФАПа. 17.Обследовать в пределах своей компетенции и профессиональных прав население, устанавливать диагнозы, назначать и проводить лечение, выполнять медицинские манипуляции и профилактическую работу. 18.Составлять и предоставлять планы и отчеты о своей деятельности. 19.Вести установленную учетно-отчетную документацию. 20.При выполнении ФАПом функций аптечного пункта осуществлять продажу населению готовых лекарств, предметов санитарии и гигиены и предметов ухода за больными. 21.При отсутствии в штате ФАПа других средних медицинских работников (акушерки и патронажной медицинской сестры) выполнять их обязанности. 21.Исполнять приказы, распоряжения и поручения руководства учреждения, нормативно-правовые акты по своей профессиональной деятельности квалифицированно и своевременно.
