- приему и передаче сигналов оповещения и экстренной информации; - приему от населения, организаций, технических систем или иных источников информации об угрозе возникновения или о возникновении ЧС (происшествия), анализу и оценке достоверности поступившей информации, доведению ее до лиц, в компетенцию которых входит реагирование на принятое сообщение; - обеспечению оповещения и информирования населения о ЧС (происшествиях); - мониторингу, анализу, прогнозированию, оценке и контролю сложившейся обстановки на основе информации, поступающей от различных информационных систем и оконечных устройств, в пределах своих полномочий; - регистрации и документированию всех входящих и исходящих сообщений и вызовов, обобщению информации о произошедших ЧС (происшествиях) (за сутки дежурства), ходу работ по их ликвидации и представлению соответствующих донесений (докладов) по подчиненности, формированию отчетов по поступившей информации; - оповещению и информированию ЕДДС соседних муниципальных образований в соответствии с планами взаимодействия при угрозе распространения ЧС на территорию соседних муниципальных образований; - приёму вызовов (сообщений) об аварийных ситуациях, происшествиях и иной информации по обращениям населения, в том числе по единому номеру вызова ЭОС 112; - взаимодействию в зоне своей ответственности с дежурными службами территориальных (местных) гарнизонов для оперативного предупреждения об угрозах возникновения или возникновении ЧС природного и техногенного характера.
