Начальник сектора: Совершенствование бюджетной и налоговой политики поселения;Организацию разработки проекта бюджета поселения и обеспечение его исполнения в установленном порядке в рамках своей компетенции по казначейскому принципу, в том числе с применением программных комплексов АЦК-Планирование и АЦК-Финансы;Составление отчетов об исполнении бюджета поселения и предоставление их в финансовое управление администрации района; Участие в разработке документации для обеспечения финансирования муниципальных программ;Осуществление в пределах своей компетенции финансового контроля; Эффективное и реальное использование бюджетных средств; Участие в установленном порядке в разработке прогнозов социально-экономического развития поселения на долгосрочную, среднесрочную и краткосрочную перспективы, а также разработка бюджетного прогноза Советинского сельского поселения на долгосрочный период;Подготавливает данные (необходимые расчеты) для составления проекта бюджета поселения, составляет бюджетную роспись, смету доходов и расходов на очередной финансовый год; Принимает необходимые меры по использованию современных технических средств при выполнении расчетов и вычислительных работ, изучает специальную литературу, касающуюся выполняемой работы;Осуществляет подготовку необходимых материалов и наглядной информации для рубрики Бюджет для граждан на официальном сайте Советинского сельского поселения; Осуществляет контроль за правильностью оформления представленных к финансированию документов (договора, счета-фактуры, протоколы тендерной комиссии) следующих расходов: оплата труда и начисления на заработную плату аппарата администрации, с предоставлением всей необходимой информации в соответствующие службы, учреждения благоустройство сельского поселения материально-техническое обеспечение другие расходы, предусмотренные бюджетной росписью на очередной финансовый год.12. Принимает участие в подготовке материалов к Решению Собрания депутатов;13. Предоставляет в Министерство финансов РО и Финансовое управление администрации Неклиновского района всю необходимую информацию по установленным срокам ее предоставления;14. Готовит и утверждает главой Администрации Советинского сельского поселения лимиты бюджетных обязательств и реестры расходных обязательств;15. Осуществляет финансирование в соответствии с представленными документами;
