составлять акты проверок, предостережения, предписания и иные документы в рамках регионального государственного контроля; обеспечивать объявление контролируемым лицам предостережений, выдачу предписаний в случаях, предусмотренных законодательством; обеспечивать выдачу предписаний владельцам агрегаторов информации об услугах, владельцам сервисов объявлений о незамедлительном прекращении распространения информации о предоставляемых услугах средства размещения (гостиничных услугах); осуществлять учет актов реагирования (предостережений, предписаний, протоколов об административных правонарушениях, запросов в организации, осуществляющие классификацию в сфере туристской индустрии); осуществлять консультирование лиц, контролируемых при осуществлении регионального государственного контроля, и осуществлять учет консультирований; организовывать, а также лично осуществлять профилактические визиты; осуществлять работу по согласованию с прокурором проведения внепланового контрольного (надзорного) мероприятия, в случаях, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации; оформлять задания на проведение профилактических и контрольных (надзорных) мероприятий;
