Обязанности: организация бесперебойной работы цеха (кулинарное производство, цех копчения рыбы); выполнения сменного заказа по качеству, количеству и ассортименту в соответствии с заказом; управление персоналом производственных участков; контроль качества и упаковки выпускаемой продукции. Требования: опыт руководящей работы на пищевом производстве, бригадиром/мастером/начальником смены/су-шефом; опыт работы с процессом копчения (рыба или мясо); опыт руководства коллективом от 10 человек; знание основ Word, Exсel и компьютерная грамотность.
