Водитель транспортного средства категорий "В" и "Д" должен знать: правила дорожного движения, основы законодательства РФ в сфере дорожного движения и перевозок пассажиров и багажа; основы обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности владельцев транспортных средств; особенности законодательства РФ о перевозке детей автобусами; основы безопасного управления ТС; порядок вызова аварийных и спасательных служб; особенности наблюдения за дорожной обстановкой; способы контроля безопасной дистанции и бокового интервала; основы обеспечения безопасности наиболее уязвимых участников дорожного движения: пешеходов, велосипедистов; основы обеспечения детской пассажирской безопасности; последствия, связанные с нарушением Правил дорожного движения водителями транспортных средств; методики по оказанию первой помощи; состав аптечки первой помощи (автомобильной) и правила использования ее компонентов; назначение, устройство, взаимодействие и принцип работы основных механизмов, приборов и деталей транспортного средства соответствующей категории; признаки неисправностей, возникающих в пути; меры ответственности за нарушение Правил дорожного движения; влияние погодно-климатических и дорожных условий на безопасность дорожного движения; правила использования тахографов правила и инструкции по охране труда при техническом осмотре транспортного средства соответствующей категории и обращении с эксплуатационными материалами, правила эксплуатации транспортного средства. - Водитель транспортного средства категорий "В" и "Д" должен уметь: безопасно и эффективно управлять ТС соответствующей категории в различных условиях дорожного движения; соблюдать Правила дорожного движения; проверять техническое состояние транспортного средства; устранять мелкие неисправности в процессе эксплуатации ТС соответствующей категории, не требующие разборки узлов и агрегатов; обеспечивать безопасную посадку и высадку пассажиров ТС соответствующей категории, их перевозку либо прием; выбирать безопасные скорость, дистанцию и интервал в различных условиях дорожного движения; использовать зеркала заднего вида при маневрировании; прогнозировать возникновение опасных ДТ ситуаций в процессе управления и совершать действия по их предотвращению; своевременно принимать решения и действовать в сложных и опасных дорожных ситуациях; оказывать первую помощь пострадавшим в дорожно-транспортном происшествии; использовать средства тушения пожара; использовать в работе различные типы тахографов совершенствовать навыки управления ТС соответствующей категории. Водитель транспортного средства категорий "В" и "Д" должен проходить предрейсовый контроль технического состояния автомобиля. Водитель транспортного средства категорий "В" и "Д" должен проходить предрейсовый медицинский осмотр. Водитель транспортного средства категорий "В" и "Д" должен своевременно оформлять и сдавать в бухгалтерию путевые листы.
