Обеспечивать своевременное и качественное заключение договоров с поставщиками, согласно закреплённой номенклатуре.Обеспечивать ведение учёта договоров с поставщиками и контроль за их выполнением.Организовывать работу по подготовке материалов для предъявления претензий к поставщикам по недостачам и пересортицам продукции, поставке некачественной продукции, за недопоставку, просрочку поставки продукции, несвоевременному возврату тары.Осуществлять планирование мероприятий по снижению затрат, связанных с приобретением, доставкой и хранением товарно-материальных ценностей, совершенствованием системы контроля за их расходованием, а также рационально использовать выделенные ресурсы.Организовывать работу складского хозяйства, знать и обеспечивать соблюдение правил хранения и отпуска товарно-материальных ценностей в производство со складов в соответствии с требованиями стандартов, ТУ, инструкций и тех. процессов.Принимать участие в комиссиях по проведению инвентаризации материальных ценностей, ревизиях на складах предприятия. Обеспечивать выполнение требований документов системы менеджмента качества в пределах полномочий и обязанностей.Систематически повышать уровень своей деловой квалификации, образования.Обеспечивать внедрение запланированных мероприятий, обоснованность и соответствие фактических затрат плановым, достижение оптимальных показателей в работе.Соблюдать условия режимных требований в соответствии с действующими на предприятии инструкциями и положениями, требований охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, промышленной безопасности, а также документов, обеспечивающих неразглашение коммерческой и государственной тайны, сохранность имущества предприятия.

Высшее или среднее профессиональное образование (техническое/ экономическое) опыт работы в продажах от года. Уверенное владение ПК-знание стандартных офисных программ. Желательно чтение чертежей,знание металоведения,металлообрабатывающего оборудования.
