Вакансия компании: РПК Микс Компания МИКС (производство наружной рекламы и флагов, широкоформатная типография, производство монтажных работ уже более 20 лет) Условия: • Оклад + % с продаж + дополнительная премия руководства (от 100 000руб на руки) • Пятидневная рабочая неделя с 9-30 до 18-45 в офисе . • Рабочее место - в офисе Компании. Ростов-на-Дону ул.Нансена 160а • При крайней необходимости краткосрочно возможна удаленная работа • Оформление согласно законодательства РФ • Испытательный срок на усмотрение руководства • Оплата в период испытательного срока по итогам собеседования. Обязанности: • Поиск и Проведение переговоров с новыми клиентами !! • Поддержание имеющейся клиентской базы • При необходимости выезд в офис клиента для согласования договора/заказа • Заключение договоров с клиентами • Сопровождение клиента • Прием и грамотная калькуляция заказов • оформление заказов в 1с и производственной программе предприятия • Контроль за исполнением заказа на всех стадиях • Организация и контроль за отгрузкой/доставкой заказов клиентам • Контроль оплаты от клиентов • Поддержание отношений с постоянными клиентами • Улаживание проблемных ситуаций • Ведение документации по клиентам • Предоставление отчетов клиентам об оказании услуги • Предоставление отчета руководителю Ваша ответственность: • Выполнение планов поставленных руководителем • Хорошие отношения с клиентом • Своевременное заполнение электронной базы клиентов Требования: - Опыт работы в продажах более 1 года обязателен Стрессоустойчивость обязательна. Опыт работы с тендерами на эл. площадках (желательно) Образование: Высшее (желательно) Знание техники продаж, психологии. Умение красочно и профессионально презентовать товар\услугу. Навыки ведения переговоров, заключения договоров обязательны. Опыт разработки и организации предпродажных мероприятий по созданию наиболее выгодных условий для потенциальных клиентов. Навыки выявления потребностей клиента и презентации товара/ услуги. Умение найти подход к клиентам разных возрастных категорий и социальных статусов Умение быстро и грамотно решать административные вопросы обязательно. Знание документооборота. Навыки работы с денежными средствами. Навыки проведения работы по расширению клиентской базы и увеличению объема продаж. Грамотно поставленная речь, Опытный пользователь ПК (MS Office, Internet, 1С,Графические редакторы).
