- Выполняет работу по разработке положений мероприятий учреждения. - Ведет работу по статистическим данным. - Формирует ежемесячные, квартальные и готовые отчеты учреждения. - Разрабатывает ежемесячные планы мероприятий учреждения, презентаций к совещаниям и заседаниям по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции сектора. - Выполняет утвержденное в установленном порядке муниципальное задание (выполнение работ) учреждения и обеспечивает достижение предусмотренных в нем качественных и количественных показателей. - Своевременно предоставляет установленную плановую и отчетную информацию о своей профессиональной деятельности, разрабатывает и реализует перспективный план работы, иную установленную документацию. - Готовит материалы для опубликования информации о деятельности сектора в различных средствах массовой информации, на сайте учреждения, на других информационных ресурсах в сети Интернет.

должен знать: - нормативные правовые акты в сфере молодежной политики, а также методические и аналитические материалы по реализации государственной молодежной политики; - российский и зарубежный опыт практической работы по реализации государственной молодежной политики; - порядок оказания социальных услуг и услуг по организации мероприятий в сфере молодежной политики; - социологические исследования по вопросам молодежной политики и положения молодежи в обществе; - технологии проведения социологических исследований по выявлению проблем в молодежной среде; - основные подходы и направления работы с молодежью и оказания услуг (работ) в сфере молодежной политики; -способы формирования правовых, культурных и нравственных ценностей среди молодежи; - социальные технологии работы с молодежью; -компьютерная грамотность, базовые знания принципов построения и наполнения сайтов, основы интернет-маркетинговых инструментов (контекстная реклама, медийная реклама), работы в фото- и видеоредакторах; -основы деятельности социальных структур, общественных институтов, молодежных и детских общественных объединений по работе с молодежью и оказанию услуг (работ) в сфере молодежной политики; -психологические основы мотивации людей, основы организации командной групповой работы; -основы документоведения, современные стандартные требования к отчетности, периодичности и качеству предоставления документации; -федеральный закон от 27 июля 2010 № 210-ФЗ Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг; -методы проведения консультаций для подростков и молодежи. - принципы, правила, нормы служебной и профессиональной этики; делового этикета; - приемы и методы обработки корреспонденции (деловых писем, пакетов, периодической печати); - правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; - нормы охраны труда, правила техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
