Прием обращений, адресованных в администрацию города, главе города, первым заместителям главы администрации города, заместителям главы администрации города (за исключением глав администраций районов города), руководителю аппарата главы города. Осуществление контроля за своевременным и полным исполнением поручений по обращениям. Осуществление контроля за правильностью оформления писем и ответов на обращения. Осуществление контроля за своевременным и полным рассмотрением поставленных заявителями вопросов в обращениях в соответствии с действующим законодательством. Регистрация поступивших обращений с использованием системы электронного документооборота. Подготовка проектов писем о перенаправлении обращений в соответствующий орган или соответствующему должностному лицу по подведомственности. Участие в рассмотрении обращений по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции департамента. Регистрация с использованием СЭДО ответов и писем по обращениям. Оказание организационно-методической помощи по вопросам работы с обращениями и организации личных приемов граждан и предпринимателей сотрудникам отраслевых (функциональных) и территориальных органов администрации города, ответственным за работу с обращениями.

Кандидат должен обладать следующими знаниями в области законодательства Российской Федерации, знаниями муниципальных правовых актов и иными знаниями, которые необходимы для исполнения должностных обязанностей в соответствующей области деятельности и по виду деятельности: Конституция Российской Федерации, Федеральный закон Российской Федерации от 27 июля 2006 г. № 152-ФЗ О персональных данных, Федеральный закон Российской Федерации от 2 марта 2007 г. № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации, Закон Нижегородской области от 03.08.2007 №99-З О муниципальной службе в Нижегородской области, Федеральный закон от 2 мая 2006 г. № 59-ФЗ О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан Российской Федерации, Закон Нижегородской области от 07.09.2007 №124-З О дополнительных гарантиях права граждан на обращение в Нижегородской области, Устав муниципального образования городской округ город Нижний Новгород
