Наша команда направления развития инфраструктуры работает над реализацией масштабных проектов строительства, реконструкции и капитального ремонта объектов Сбера. Здесь ты сможешь реализовать свои профессиональные компетенции и внести вклад в развитие инфраструктуры региона. Чем предстоит заниматься: Стратегическое управление развитием инфраструктуры и недвижимостью банка, включая реализацию проектов повышенной сложности, ввод новых форматов и интеграцию зон экосистемы под потребности бизнеса. Полный цикл координации работ «под ключ» — от заявки внутреннего клиента до сдачи объекта — с контролем бюджета, сроков и соблюдением градостроительного законодательства. Общее руководство сектором: подбор, развитие и мотивация персонала, контроль ведения документации, соблюдения норм охраны труда и подготовка управленческой отчетности. Обязательные требования: высшее образование в сфере промышленного и гражданского строительства опыт работы в строительстве, управлении инфраструктурой или недвижимостью не менее двух лет, опыт руководящей работы знание строительных норм и правил, знание земельного, градостроительного и гражданского законодательства РФ и закупочной деятельности, знание инженерных систем зданий и стандартов пожарной безопасности. практические навыки в управлении сетевыми строительными проектами владение программными продуктами: AutoCAD, nanoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, уверенное владение ПК и знание сметной программы «Гранд-Смета» . навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
