1. Оказывать первичную медико‑санитарную помощь взрослому населению на закреплённом участке в амбулаторных условиях и на дому. 2. Проводить приём пациентов, сбор жалоб и анамнеза, физикальное обследование, обосновывать объём лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, интерпретировать результаты. 3. Устанавливать диагноз с учётом МКБ, проводить дифференциальную диагностику, определять показания к консультации узких специалистов и к госпитализации. 4. Назначать лечение в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами, контролировать его эффективность и безопасность, корректировать терапию. 5. Оформлять листки нетрудоспособности, справки, рецепты, направления, иную медицинскую документацию. 6. Проводить диспансеризацию и профилактические осмотры, формировать группы риска, вести диспансерное наблюдение за пациентами с хроническими заболеваниями.. 7. Оказывать неотложную помощь при угрожающих жизни состояниях, организовывать транспортировку пациента в стационар. 8. Вести учётную документацию по участку, анализировать показатели заболеваемости и эффективности профилактической работы. 9. Организовывать и контролировать работу среднего медперсонала на участке. 10. Соблюдать правила работы с персональными данными и врачебной тайной, требования инфекционной безопасности и охраны труда.

Высшее образование - специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело Подготовка в интернатуре/ординатуре по специальности Терапия Дополнительное профессиональное образование - профессиональная переподготовка по специальности Терапия при наличии подготовки в ординатуре по специальности Общая врачебная практика (семейнаямедицина)
