Что предстоит делать: Формировать и реализовывать инвестиционную стратегию компании с учетом обязательств по страхованию жизни (ALM, duration matching). Управлять инвестиционным портфелем: распределять активы с учётом лимитов рисков, обеспечивать достижение целевой доходности, контролировать ликвидность. Организовывать инвестиционный процесс: проводить инвестиционные комитеты, обеспечивать трейдинг, осуществлять постинвестиционный контроль. Участвовать в управлении рыночными, кредитными и концентрационными рисками, разрабатывать лимиты совместно с риск-менеджером компании. Взаимодействовать с контрагентами по инвестиционной деятельности (банки, УК, брокеры, депозитарии): отбирать партнёров, согласовывать условия работы и выстраивать соответствующие бизнес-процессы. Работать совместно с продуктовым департаментом по вопросам доходности договоров страхования и иных условий продуктов, связанных с инвестиционной деятельностью. Управлять командой инвестиционного блока: осуществлять подбор, развитие, постановку целей и повышение эффективности. Что мы ожидаем: Высшее образование: финансы/экономика/математика; CFA/FRM/PRM — преимущество Опыт работы в инвестициях/казначействе/управлении активами от 5 лет Обязателен опыт в страховании (желательно life) или в финансовой организации с ALM-подходом (банк/НПФ/УК) Навыки построения инвестиционных политик, регламентов, процессов и работы инвестиционных комитетов Что мы предлагаем: Работу среди профессионалов финансового рынка; Насыщенную корпоративную жизнь; Возможность карьерного роста и профессионального развития; Стабильный конкурентный доход; Оформление согласно ТК РФ; Комфортный офис в центре (м.
