Вакансия компании: ИП Волобуев Собственное производство: ремонт промышленного оборудования и изготовление высокоточных деталей. Наши клиенты — заводы, машиностроительные компании, парки спецтехники, главные механики, начальники производств, снабженцы. Сейчас нам нужен сильный B2B-маркетолог, который выстроит систему маркетинга, аналитики и привлечения заявок, а не просто «будет делать SEO» или «вести соцсети». Ключевая задача Сделать так, чтобы маркетинг приносил целевые заявки от промышленных предприятий, а собственник видел прозрачную картину: - откуда приходят заявки; - какие каналы работают; - сколько стоит лид; - какая конверсия в сделку; - где нужно усилить, а где остановить расходы. Что нужно делать? Стратегия и аудитория - Изучить ЦА: механики, снабженцы, начальники производств, технические директора. - Понять их боли и критерии выбора подрядчика. - Упаковать услуги и продукты компании. - Определить приоритетные направления продвижения. - Построить стратегию с фокусом на быстрый результат, а не на долгий «разогрев». - Понимать каналы трафика Аналитика и Bitrix24 - Настроить сквозную аналитику. - Работать с Bitrix24: воронки, лиды, сделки, источники, отчеты. - Связать маркетинг с CRM и продажами. - Сделать понятные отчеты. - Уметь показывать цифры, а не только «охваты» и «трафик». - Видеть «срезы» где можно поставить ключевые действия Каналы и подрядчик - Аудировать текущие каналы. - Определить, где быстрее всего появятся заявки. - Расставить приоритеты по бюджету и ресурсам. - Ставить задачи подрядчикам и требовать результат. - Контролировать сроки, качество и эффективность. - SEO нужно компании не ради позиций, а ради заявок. Кого мы ищем - Опыт в B2B-маркетинге от 3 лет. - Понимание промышленных/технических продаж. - Опыт работы с CRM, желательно Bitrix24. - Уверенное владение Яндекс Метрикой и базовой аналитикой. - Понимание воронок, лидов, конверсий, ROI/ROMI. - Опыт работы с подрядчиками: ТЗ, контроль, результат. - Понимание каналов. - Умение быстро определять приоритеты и не распыляться. - Системность, дисциплина, ориентация на результат. - Готовность работать в офисе в Подольске 5/2 с 9 до 17. Будет плюсом: - Опыт в металлообработке, производстве, оборудовании, ремонте техники, запчастях. - Опыт работы с популярным сайтом как с каналом заявок. - Опыт упаковки сложных технических услуг. - Понимание, как говорить с механиками и снабженцами.
