Начисление выплат. Рассчитывает и начисляет сотрудникам заработную плату (оклад, тарифные ставки, сдельная оплата), отпускные, больничные, командировочные, премии, надбавки, материальную помощь и другие выплаты, которые предусмотрены положением об оплате труда. Работа с первичными документами. Принимает и проверяет документы, которые влияют на начисления: табели учёта рабочего времени, приказы о приёме, увольнении, отпуске, листки нетрудоспособности, справки. Подготавливает их к счётной обработке, следит за правильностью оформления. Удержания. Производит удержания из заработной платы прежде всего НДФЛ, а также по исполнительным листам (алименты, взыскания), профсоюзным взносам. Ведёт учёт оснований для удержаний и хранит соответствующие документы. Отражение операций в учёте. Корректно отражает на счетах бухгалтерского учёта все операции, связанные с оплатой труда. Расчёт налогов и взносов. Исчисляет и начисляет НДФЛ, страховые взносы в государственные внебюджетные фонды. Контролирует своевременность их перечисления. Формирование отчётности. Готовит данные для налоговой (например, 6-НДФЛ), статистической отчётности, а также для отчётности в СФР (сведения для расчёта больничных, ЕФС-1). Отвечает на требования контролирующих органов. Документооборот и выдача документов. Оформляет платёжные поручения, реестры, платёжные ведомости на выплату зарплаты. Составляет и выдаёт сотрудникам расчётные листки и другие документы, связанные с начислениями. По запросам выдаёт сотрудникам копии документов, справки, выписки. Ведение базы данных. Формирует, ведёт и хранит базу данных бухгалтерской информации в пределах своих обязанностей, вносит изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию. Соблюдение законодательства. Следит за изменениями в трудовом, налоговом законодательстве, а также в отраслевых нормативных актах Консультирование. Даёт разъяснения сотрудникам по вопросам начислений, удержаний, состава расчётного листка. Обеспечение конфиденциальности. Соблюдает требования о защите персональных данных и иной конфиденциальной информации.
