Организация и контроль режима конфиденциальности и утечек информации: Разработка и актуализация локальных нормативных документов (ЛНД) по вопросам контроля утечек и режима конфиденциальности. Участие в подготовке предложений, методическое содействие структурным подразделениям и обществам Группы. Координация работ по контролю утечек в обществах Группы. Рассмотрение и согласование договоров, соглашений о конфиденциальности, решений о категорировании информации, распорядительных документов. Контроль исполнения работниками распорядительных документов и поручений руководства по вопросам ИБ. Организация определения перечней конфиденциальной информации и установления режима конфиденциальности. Учёт лиц, допущенных к конфиденциальной информации, и материальных носителей. Проведение экспертизы проектов ЛНД, соглашений, договоров, трудовых контрактов в части режима конфиденциальности. Организация тренингов, семинаров и консультаций для работников по вопросам режима конфиденциальности.

Необходимые знания: Предметная область информационной безопасности (ИБ): организация защиты информации, контроль утечек, режим конфиденциальности. Нормативная база РФ в сфере ИБ (ФСТЭК, ФСБ, Роскомнадзор, федеральные законы, постановления Правительства, подзаконные акты) и практика их применения. Необходимые навыки: Коммуникативные навыки, уверенное владение MS Office. Работа с системами электронного документооборота, архивами, электронными базами данных. Дополнительные преимущества: Английский язык (чтение технической документации). Навыки аналитической работы, подготовки проектов внутренних документов.
