Пятидневная сокращенная 39 часовая рабочая неделя: с понедельника по пятницу с 8.00 до 16.18, обед 30 минут суббота, воскресенье - выходной Осуществляет выявление дефектов в организации лечебно-диагностического процесса, факторов, повлекших за собой снижение качества оказания медицинской помощи, и установление причин их возникновения; Разрабатывает и участвует в проведении мероприятий по повышению КМП, обеспечению ее соответствия современному уровню развития медицинской науки и нормативно-правовым требованиям. Участвует в разработке и совершенствовании локальных нормативно-правовых актов в области КМП. Осуществляет формирование и сопровождение базы данных о КМП в учреждении, анализ и обобщение информации о состоянии КМП в структурных подразделениях по разным профилям заболеваний. Оказывает содействие в выборе оптимальных управленческих решений и проведении мероприятий, направленных на предупреждение возникновения дефектов в организации и оказании медицинской помощи, повышение эффективности использования ресурсов медицинской организации, в том числе кадровых и материально-технических средств; Готовит рекомендации, предложения, проекты управленческих решений по улучшению КМП. Осуществляет предупреждение, выявление и устранение нарушений медицинскими и фармацевтическими работниками, руководителем медицинской организаций ограничений, применяемых к ним при осуществлении профессиональной деятельности в соответствии со ст. 74 Федерального закона от 21.11.2011 N 323-ФЗ "Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации". Участвует в совершенствовании системы мотивации и повышения ответственности работников в области качества. Осуществляет связи с общественностью, профессиональными медицинскими организациями, органами власти, СМИ и другими заинтересованными сторонами по вопросам КМП. Участвует в разборе жалоб и претензий по КМП.
