The posting

- Подготавливать планы мероприятий по подготовке инженерных сетей и теплоустановок филиала к работе в осенне- зимний период объектов района (котельные с.Ныда, с.Кутопьюган, с.Нори, 107 км г.Надым) - (далее район). Формировать документацию по объектам района для получения паспорта готовности филиала к работе в осенне-зимний отопительный период. - Своевременно составлять отчетную информацию по сетям теплоснабжения и объектам района с теплоустановками и предастовлять ее по запросам. - Рассматривать проекты, схемы и иную документацию на наличие и соответствие инженерных сетей филиала и технических возможностей сетей, зданий и сооружений район. - Формировать акты разграничения, технические условия, договора технического присоединения и иную документацию по теплоснабжению с подготовкой отчетов по району. - Организовывать контроль за своевременностью разработки, утверждения и пересмотра технологических регламентов, инструкций, технических карт, параметров технологических процессов и т.д. в системе теплоснабжения района. - Вести договорные отношения в рамках своей компетенции с предоставлением полного пакета документов (составление технического задания, пакета документов к торговой процедуре, согласно регламентов и положений) в объеме должностных обязанностей. - Контролировать проведение режимно- наладочных испытаний основного и вспомогательного теплогенерирующего оборудования и сетей, своевременного останова и вывода в межсезонный ремонт котельных района. - Принимать участие в комиссиях по расследованию аварий, анализ причин нарушений технологических режимов, связанных с выроботкой тепловой энергии, разрабатывать мероприятия по предупреждению аварий на сетях и объектах теплоснабжения района. - Решать технические и технологические вопросы по объектам теплоснабжения района. - Работать с потребителями и предоставлять полную информацию по запросам
