The posting

Выполнять технологические операции по производству молочной продукции (молоко, кефир, йогурт, творог, сметана, сыр и т. п.) в соответствии с утверждёнными техническими картами и регламентами. Принимать и подготавливать сырьё: проверять сопроводительную документацию, органолептические показатели, температуру, чистоту тары; фиксировать данные в журнале. Контролировать параметры технологических процессов: температуру пастеризации/сквашивания, время выдержки, кислотность, плотность, дозировку заквасок и добавок. Вести процесс сквашивания, коагуляции, прессования, нарезки сгустка, отделения сыворотки в зависимости от номенклатуры продукции. Осуществлять фасовку, маркировку и упаковку готовой продукции, проверять герметичность тары и корректность этикеток. Проводить санитарную обработку оборудования, инвентаря и рабочих поверхностей по утверждённому графику (мойка, дезинфекция, ополаскивание). Соблюдать правила личной гигиены и использовать СИЗ (халат, шапочка, перчатки, спецобувь и т. д.) согласно санитарным нормам. Фиксировать объёмы выработки, брака и отклонений в учётных документах или электронной системе. Оперативно сообщать мастеру/технологу о неисправностях оборудования, отклонениях в качестве сырья или продукции, нарушениях санитарных норм.

Готовность к работе в производственном цехе: регламентированные перерывы, соблюдение ритма линии. Аккуратность, внимательность, ответственность, умение следовать инструкциям и работать по чек‑листам. Базовые знания принципов работы молочного оборудования (пастеризаторы, заквасочники, сепараторы, фасовочные автоматы) приветствуются, но не обязательны (обучение на месте). Готовность пройти медосмотр. Наличие действующей медицинской книжки либо готовность её оформить. Опыт работы на пищевых производствах, в том числе на молочных заводах или в цехах переработки приветствуется, но не обязателен; предусмотрено обучение и наставничество.
