разработка и внедрение технологических процессов и режимов производства; организация работы, направленной на сокращение расходов сырья, материалов, затрат труда, улучшение качества продукции, работ (услуг) и рост производительности труда; организация работы по испытаниям и внедрениям в производство новых видов сырья и материалов, освоения в производстве новых технологических процессов; разработка технологической документации; контроль соблюдения установленных технологических процессов на производственных площадках ВОЛМА, выявление нарушений технологической дисциплины; выполнение расчетов производственных мощностей и загрузки оборудования; контроль соблюдения норм расходов сырья и материалов, утверждённых в Компании; проведение мероприятий по предупреждению и устранению брака, снижению материалоемкости продукции и трудоемкости ее производства; проведение расчетов расхода минеральных и химических компонентов на выпуск опытно-промышленных партий; разработка системы технологического контроля производства сухих строительных смесей, гипсокартонных листов и пазогребневых плит заданной номенклатуры (технологические нормативы, инструкции, карты технического уровня и качества продукции и другую технологическую документацию), для разрабатываемой и выпускаемой продукции; установка основных параметров (показателей) для технологического контроля производства ССС, ГКЛ и ПГП каждого вида; функциональное руководство над технологами/главными технологами заводов.

высшее образование (профильное); опыт работы технологом на производстве сухих строительных смесей; знание технологических процессов по производству: гипсового вяжущего/ сухих строительных смесей/ гипсокартонных листов/ пазогребневых плит/ грунтовочных составов; уверенный пользователь ПК, знание программ WORD, EXCEL.
