Организация обучения: координировать учебный процесс на отделениях филиала в соответствии с федеральными государственными стандартами и общеразвивающими программами. Расписание и учет: составлять и контролировать стабильное расписание учебных занятий, своевременно вести учет посещаемости и успеваемости учащихся филиала. Академический контроль: организовывать и проводить промежуточную и итоговую аттестацию (контрольные уроки, зачеты, экзамены, просмотры художественных работ) на базе филиала. Контроль документации: проверять правильность ведения преподавателями учебных журналов, индивидуальных планов учащихся и планов работы отделений. Контроль трудовой дисциплины: следить за соблюдением преподавателями, сотрудниками правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Учет рабочего времени: вести и своевременно сдавать табель учета рабочего времени сотрудников филиала. Обеспечение безопасности: нести ответственность за жизнь и здоровье детей во время учебного процесса; контролировать соблюдение требований охраны труда, правил противопожарной безопасности, антитеррористической защищенности и санитарных норм (СанПиН) в здании филиала. Хозяйственный контроль: взаимодействовать с завхозом для оперативного решения вопросов обеспечения филиала коммунальными услугами, канцелярией, расходными материалами и проведения мелкого бытового ремонта. Работа с родителями: вести личный прием граждан, рассматривать обращения родителей (законных представителей) учащихся, оперативно разрешать возникающие конфликтные ситуации. Развитие контингента: организовывать приемную кампанию на базе филиала, координировать работу приемной и апелляционной комиссий. Культурно-просветительская деятельность: организовывать и проводить на базе филиала (или на внешних площадках села) отчетные концерты, выставки, родительские собрания и лектории для популяризации искусства среди населения.

Высшее профильное образование ( Культура и искусство, Педагогика ) и дополнительное профессиональное образование (переподготовка) в области ГМУ, менеджмента и стаж работы на педагогических/руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет
