Организовывать и координировать весь комплекс строительно-монтажных работ на объекте в соответствии с утвержденным графиком и бюджетом. Руководить линейным персоналом площадки (прорабами, мастерами) и координировать деятельность всех субподрядных организаций. Контролировать выполнение календарных планов и графиков производства работ, оперативно устраняя причины срывов сроков. Обеспечивать целевое и рациональное использование материальных, финансовых и трудовых ресурсов, выделенных на объект. Участвовать в формировании и защите бюджета объекта, контролировать себестоимость работ и не допускать перерасхода средств. Контролировать качество строительных работ и их строгое соответствие проектно-сметной документации, СНиП, СП и ГОСТ. Организовывать своевременное обеспечение участка материалами, конструкциями, оборудованием и спецтехникой, проверять заявки от прорабов. Обеспечивать своевременный сбор, оформление и подписание исполнительной документации, а также сдачу выполненных объемов работ заказчику (акты КС-2, КС-3). Взаимодействовать от лица компании с представителями технического надзора, заказчика, проектировщиками и инспектирующими госорганами. Нести ответственность за соблюдение на строительной площадке правил охраны труда, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии. Анализировать результаты производственной деятельности участка, составлять и сдавать руководству отчетность о ходе строительства.

Знать Градостроительный кодекс РФ, нормативную базу (СП, СНиП, ГОСТ ), стандарты ценообразования и правила приемки объектов. Уметь управлять бюджетом строительного объекта, контролировать себестоимость, анализировать рентабельность и минимизировать издержки. Владеть методами календарно-сетевого планирования, уметь разрабатывать и корректировать графики производства работ (в MS Project, Primavera или Excel). Уметь вести переговоры на высшем уровне и отстаивать интересы компании перед заказчиками, генподрядчиками и технадзором. Свободно читать проектно-сметную и рабочую документацию, чертежи и схемы любой сложности. Понимать порядок оформления и сдачи исполнительной документации, а также подписания актов форм КС-2, КС-3, КС-11.
