Осуществление выездных проверок качества и соответствия объёмов работ включенных в сметную документацию, фактически выполненным работам Проверка представляемой подрядными организациями исполнительной документации Контроль за соблюдением подрядными организациями строительных норм и правил при производстве работ и условий договора Сбор, проверка и учет актов сдачи-приемки отремонтированных объектов программы Разработка проектов локальных нормативных актов, относящихся к деятельности службы Рассмотрение предложений от филиалов Общества, подрядных и ресурсоснабжающих организаций по вопросам эксплуатации и обслуживания зданий

Высшее техническое образование (Промышленное и гражданское строительство (ПГС) / Строительство уникальных зданий и сооружений / Экспертиза и управление недвижимостью (строительный профиль)); Опыт работы в строительстве / капитальном ремонте зданий и сооружений не менее 3 лет Знание нормативно-технической документации: - ФЗ от 30.12.2009 № 384-ФЗ Технический регламент о безопасности зданий и сооружений; - ФЗ от 22.07.2008 № 123-ФЗ Технический регламент о требованиях пожарной безопасности; - ФЗ от 21.07.1997 № 116-ФЗ О промышленной безопасности опасных производственных объектов; - ГрК РФ (глава 6.2); - ФЗ № 44-ФЗ и № 223-ФЗ в части, касающейся закупочной деятельности при проведении ремонтных работ. - СП 324.1325800.2017 Здания многоэтажные промышленных предприятий. Правила эксплуатации; - ГОСТ Р 53778-2010 Здания и сооружения. Правила обследования и мониторинга технического состояния; - ГОСТ 27751-88 Надежность строительных конструкций и оснований; - СНиП 3.01.04-87 Приемка в эксплуатацию законченных строительством объектов. Основные положения Понимание технологии производства общестроительных работ (кровельные, бетонные, отделочные, фасадные) Умение читать и проверять сметы (ресурсно-индексный метод, ТЕР, ФЕР)
