The posting

1. Обслуживание водогрейных котлов, работающих на твердом топливе (уголь, дрова). 2. Растопка, пуск, остановка котлов и обеспечение их бесперебойной работы в отопительный период. 3. Регулирование горения топлива, контроль за температурой и давлением воды по приборам в системе теплоснабжения школы. 4. Загрузка твердого топлива в топку котла, шуровка и контроль за эффективным прогоранием. 5. Своевременная очистка топки, поддувала и зольников от золы и шлака, вывоз отходов в специально отведенное место. 6. Мониторинг показаний контрольно-измерительных приборов и обязательное ведение сменного журнала котельной. 7. Выполнение мелкого предупредительного ремонта оборудования котельной при необходимости. 8. Строгое соблюдение правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности.

1. Обязательно наличие справки об отсутствии судимости (согласно ст. 351.1 ТК РФ для работы в детских учреждениях). 3. Наличие личной медицинской книжки и готовность пройти обязательный предварительный медицинский осмотр. 4. Знание устройства водогрейных котлов на твердом топливе и правил безопасной работы в котельной. 5. Дисциплинированность, ответственность, строгое соблюдение трудового распорядка (недопущение пропусков смен).6. Наличие действующего удостоверения (свидетельства) машиниста (кочегара) котельной. (готовность пройти обучение) Квалификация: Знание правил устройства и безопасной эксплуатации водогрейных котлов на твердом топливе. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфере образования (ст. 351.1 ТК РФ). Образование: Общее образование ЖКХк Эксплуатация и обслуживание котельной/котельных установок/котельного агрегата/оборудования и трубопроводов, Контроль/Наблюдение за параметрами (режимом) работы котлов и оборудования, Соблюдение техники безопасности, Обеспечение и контроль соблюдения техники безопасности
