1) проверяет соответствие требованиям законодательства проектов постанов-лений, распоряжений и других документов правового характера, издаваемых администрацией Карабашского городского округа, а также визирует их; 2) принимает участие в подготовке проектов документов правового характера; 3) вносит предложения об изменении, приостановлении или отмене несоответствующих законам постановлений и распоряжений администрации Карабашского городского округа; 4) составляет проекты нормативных правовых актов об изменении действующих или отмене фактически утративших силу постановлений, распоряжений администрации Карабашского городского округа; 5) осуществляет правовую экспертизу договоров, соглашений и других документов правового характера, заключаемых с администрацией Карабашского городского округа; 6) консультирует по правовым вопросам работников отделов и комитетов администрации Карабашского городского округа; 7) осуществляет регистрацию коллективных договоров предприятий, учреждений, организаций Карабашского городского округа; 8) ведет регистр и осуществляет правовую экспертизу муниципальных нормативных правовых актов; 9) ведет антикоррупционную экспертизу нормативно правовых актов администрации Карабашского городского округа; 10) представляет в установленном порядке интересы администрации Карабашского городского округа в судах общей юрисдикции, а также в судебных органах при рассмотрении гражданских дел и других правовых вопросов; 11) соблюдает распорядок дня и трудовую дисциплину.

знание Конституции Российской Федерации, федеральных законов, Устава (Основного Закона) Челябинской области, законов Челябинской области, Устава муниципального образования, иных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих сферу деятельности по соответствующей должности, основ экономики и организации труда, правил делового этикета; навыки разработки проектов правовых актов, аналитических материалов, подготовки проектов и практической реализации управленческих решений, оценки их эффективности и целесообразности, методического руководства творческими группами специалистов
