Подготовка наркозно-дыхательной и следящей аппаратуры в операционной, проверка ее исправности и готовности к работе до начала наркоза. Своевременное получение и подготовка расходных материалов, инфузионных сред, систем и медикаментов (включая строгий учет НЛС и ПВ), необходимых для проведения анестезии. Ассистирование врачу-анестезиологу-реаниматологу при введении в наркоз, поддержании анестезии и выведении пациента из нее, а также при катетеризации центральных сосудов. Обеспечение надежного венозного доступа (постановка периферических венозных катетеров) и проведение инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии во время операции. Постоянный мониторинг состояния пациента во время хирургического вмешательства (контроль АД, ЧСС, сатурации, ЭКГ), немедленное информирование врача о любых изменениях. Наблюдение за пациентом в раннем послеоперационном периоде (в палате пробуждения операционного блока) до момента его полной стабилизации и передачи постовой сестре. Четкое ведение учетно-отчетной документации (заполнение карт течения анестезии, журналов учета лекарственных средств, списание расходных материалов, в том числе в МИС). Строгое соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима (СанПиН) в операционной, обеспечение асептики и антисептики, дезинфекция наркозных блоков и инструментария после каждой операции.

Среднее профессиональное медицинское образование и действующий сертификат/аккредитация по специальности Анестезиология и реаниматология . Отличное знание алгоритмов действий при экстренных состояниях и реанимационных мероприятиях в условиях оперблока. Навык работы с современными мониторами, наркозными станциями и инфузоматами.
