ОЦРВ – крупнейший разработчик информационных систем и часть одной из самых стабильных и больших структур в стране – ОАО «РЖД» . Вместе мы работаем над цифровизацией ж/д отрасли. Задачи: Внедрение, настройка и обслуживание сетевого оборудования и вычислительных сетей компании (Eltex, Cisco, UserGate); Плановое обслуживание сетевого оборудования в соответствии с рекомендациями производителя и обслуживающих организаций; Диагностика неисправностей сетевого оборудования и IP-телефонов, анализ причин поломки; Монтаж, подключение и настройка активного сетевого оборудования; Назначение адресов сетей и создание vlan для рабочих станций, серверов и ИТ-сервисов; Установка и настройка FireWall на сетевом оборудовании, написание правил, политик; Администрирование IP-телефонии Cisco CUCM 12 и выше, CME 10, привязка телефонных аппаратов в АТС, заведение номеров, настройка IVR, маршрутизация входящих и исходящих вызовов из сети общего пользования, настройка системы архивации; Публикация ресурсов и сервисов в сеть Интернет. Ожидаем от кандидата: Понимание основных сетевых протоколов TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, VPN, SMTP, принципов построения компьютерных сетей, модели OSI; Опыт настройки и обслуживания маршрутизаторов, коммутаторов, межсетевых экранов производителей Eltex, Cisco, UserGate (создание кластеров отказоустойчивости Failover, реализация туннелей, написание правил и т.п.); Ведение технической документации связанной с должностными обязанностями (схемы подключений оборудования, инструкции, учёт и т.п.); Знание аппаратной части сетевого оборудования, возможностей мониторинга, диагностики и устранения неполадок; Знание основ информационной безопасности, способов защиты информации от несанкционированного доступа, повреждения или умышленного искажения данных; Обслуживание IP-телефонии на CUCME (в т.ч. с SRST) и CUCM.
