Выполнение отдельных несложных работ по ремонту и обслуживанию электрооборудования до 1000 В. Проводить монтаж и ремонт распределительных коробок, клеммников, предохранительных щитков и осветительной арматуры. Очищать и продувать сжатым воздухом электрооборудование с частичной разборкой, промывкой и протиркой деталей. Чистить контакты и контактные поверхности. Разделывать, сращивать, изолирлвать и спаивать провода напряжением до 1000 В. Прокладывать установочные провода и кабели. Выполнять простые слесарные, монтажные и плотничные работы при ремонте электрооборудования. Подключать и отключать электрооборудование и выполняет простейшие измерения. Работать электроинструментом. Проверять и измерять мегомметром сопротивление изоляции распределительных сетей статоров и роторов электродвигателей, обмоток трансформаторов, вводов и выводов кабелей. Следить за безаварийной, исправной работой и правильной эксплуатацией обслуживаемого оборудования. Налаживать, регулировать и ремонтировать экспериментальные, ответственные электрические участки технологического оборудования и коммуникации автоматических линий. Налаживать, обслуживать сварочные аппараты, дистанционных защит систем автоматического включения резерва, оборудования. Проводить монтаж, демонтаж и ремонт кабельных линий в специальных трубопроводах. Подготавливать электрооборудование к сдаче в эксплуатацию. Проводить испытание электродвигателей, трансформаторов и аппаратов после капитального ремонта. Изучать режимы работы оборудования, установления причин повышенного износа, принимает меры по их предупреждению и ликвидации. Изучать, реализовывать передовые способы ремонта, технического обслуживания и монтажа оборудования закрепленного типа. Участвовать в устранении неисправностей оборудования, настройке, монтаже и электрических испытаниях. Ремонтировать и регулировать сложные, ответственные, экспериментальные электрические аппараты и приборы. Участвовать в подготовке мероприятий по повышению надежности и качества работ закрепленных устройств и модернизации электрического оборудования. Осуществлять комплексные испытания электрических двигателей, аппаратов и трансформаторов после капитального ремонта.
