Оборудование обладает статусом Телекоммуникационного оборудования российского происхождения . Компания ориентирована на систематическое проведение передовых экспериментальных разработок, создание интеллектуально насыщенной конкурентоспособной инновационной продукции и подготовку компетентных инженерных кадров. Обязанности: Прием обращений и решение вопросов от потенциальных и прямых заказчиков по вопросам технической поддержки (коммутаторы Арлан, ИнЗер, Аттика, Акманай, ИнЗер-М и другого вида оборудования собственного производства АО "НПП "Полигон"); Удаленная поддержка пользователей с помощью IP-телефона, e-mail, программного обеспечения удаленного доступа, тикетной системы; Проверка и моделирование проблем заказчика на стенде по необходимости; Непосредственное ведение работы в собственной внешней и внутренней тикетной системах на сайте предприятия (взаимодействие с заказчиками в тикетной системе и взаимодействие с разработчиками ПО, тестировщиками и отделом продаж во внутренней системе). Мониторинг багтрекер (bugtracker) задач для разработчиков. Анализ и учет обращений заказчиков, ежедневная отчётность. Работа с большим массивом технической документацией. Подбор оборудования для потенциальных заказчиков по техническому заданию (требованиям) по необходимости.

Требования: Знание в области телекоммуникационных сетей; Уверенное владение уровнем L2/L3 (протоколы и настройка); Приветствуется опыт работы с телекоммуникационным оборудованием, в т.ч. настройка; Понимание и готовность работы с протоколами SNMP и SSH; Готовность работы по сменному графику (в перспективе).
