Разработка и внедрение системы менеджмента качества: - Разработка политики качества и целей организации в области качества. - Создание и оформление документации системы менеджмента: процедуры, инструкции, стандарты, рабочие инструкции. - Внедрение системы в организацию и обеспечение её функционирования на всех уровнях. 2. Поддержание и актуализация документации: - Обеспечение актуальности и соответствия документации требованиям стандартов (например, ISO 9001, 14001 и др.). - Организация пересмотра и обновления документации по мере необходимости. 3. Обучение и информирование персонала: - Проведение обучающих мероприятий для сотрудников по требованиям системы качества. - Обеспечение понимания и соблюдения стандартов качества всеми сотрудниками. - Разработка обучающих материалов и инструкций. 4. Внутренний аудит системы качества: - Планирование, подготовка и проведение внутреннего аудита системы менеджмента. - Оценка соответствия практической деятельности установленным стандартам и процедурам. - Ведение отчетности по результатам аудитов. - Выявление несоответствий, пробелов и областей для улучшения. 5. Корректирующие и предупреждающие действия: - Разработка и контроль исполнения планов по устранению выявленных несоответствий. - Анализ причин возникающих проблем и их предотвращение в будущем. - Ведение регистров по устранению несоответствий. 6. Контроль за выполнением требований стандартизации и нормативных актов: - Мониторинг изменений в законодательстве и стандартах. - Обеспечение соответствия деятельности организации актуальным нормативам. 7. Анализ и отчетность по качеству: - Сбор, обработка и анализ данных по качеству продукции, услугам, процессам. - Подготовка регулярной отчетности для руководства. - Проведение анализа показателей качества и эффективности системы. 8. Взаимодействие с внешними аудиторами и сертификационными органами: - Подготовка к внешним аудитам и прохождение сертификационных проверок. - Обеспечение документального и практического соответствия стандартам. 9. Участие в проектах по улучшению процессов: - Внедрение методов управления качеством (PDCA, 8D, Fishbone-диаграмма). -Участие в проектах по оптимизации процессов и повышения эффективности. 10. Контроль за выполнением заказов и требований клиентов: - Обеспечение выполнения требований заказчиков по качеству. - Обработка жалоб и претензий, внедрение мер по их устранению.

Обязательный опыт работы в сфере управления качеством, на должностях, связанных с внедрением и поддержанием систем менеджмента качества, не менее 2 лет. Желательно опыт проведения внутренних аудитов, знание международных стандартов ISO 9001 и навыки работы с документацией по качествуДолжен обладать знаниями стандартов ISO 9001, навыками проведения внутренних аудитов, умением работать с документацией и аналитическими инструментами, а также иметь организаторские и коммуникативные навыкиЗнание специальных программ: 1С, MS Office, а также навыки работы с аналитическими и отчетными инструментами.
