Сопровождение закрепленных муниципальных образований по вопросам муниципального земельного контроля; Анализ практики применения земельного и имущественного законодательства; Мониторинг исполнения поручений по объектам; Сопровождение работы по заброшенным и ветхим объектам недвижимости, вовлечение земельных участков в хозяйственный оборот; Взаимодействие с органами местного самоуправления, Росреестром, Россельхознадзором и иными органами власти по вопросам компетенции сектора; Подготовка аналитических справок, проектов писем, методических рекомендаций и иных документов; Участие в разработке единых методических подходов к организации работы муниципалитетов; Ведение и актуализация информации в региональных информационных системах, контролем полноты и качества представляемых сведений; Участие в выездах в муниципальные образования для оказания методической помощи.

Знание основ земельного, гражданского и имущественного законодательства; Понимание порядка осуществления полномочий органов местного самоуправления в сфере земельных и имущественных отношений; Способность анализировать документы и находить правовые решения; Внимательность к деталям и ответственность; Системность в работе; Умение работать с большими объемами информации; Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и способность выстраивать взаимодействие.
