-оформление накладных на транспортные компании (ТК), внесение трек-номеров; -просчет стоимости доставки через ТК или наемными машинами; -оформление накладных ТК и внесение трек-номеров;-подготовка всех необходимых документов для ТК или АТИ; -поиск АТИ и выставление машин; -оформление всех необходимых документов для перевозки заказов; -согласование с коллегами компании по поводу заборов оборудования и развоза/доставки заказов; -взаимодействие с водителями по поводу забора оборудования и развоза/доставки заказов; -проверка и внесение трек-номеров в сделки, если робот не сработал; -проверка сделок на стадии комплектации на наличие всех необходимых данных (адрес доставки, способ доставки, отправитель, получатель, сумма на доставку, v рассылки на получателя); - проверка отправки трек-номера клиенту/получателю; -проверка перемещения сделок в нужную воронку после доставки оборудования; -контроль за своевременной доставкой на ТК и решение проблем с задержками. -внесение фактической стоимости доставки в сделки/заказы; -информирование о балансе на ТК, необходимости его пополнения, оплате АТИ менеджерам, руководству РОП, бухгалтерии; -внесение в сделку всех необходимых документов и УПД/СРМ на этапе комплектации. -выполнение других поручений от коллег и руководства компании.

Какие навыки и опыт являются обязательными: -уверенное владение ПК и офисными программами; -образование не ниже среднего профессионального (желательно в области экономики, логистики или смежных специальностей); Будет вашим преимуществом: -наличие опыта работы по данному либо смежному направлению деятельности; -опыт работы в 1С; -знание основ бухгалтерского учета и документооборота. - умение работать с транспортными компаниями и оформлять транспортные документы. Требование к личностным качествам: -ответственность и исполнительность -внимательны к деталям; -стрессоустойчивость; -коммуникабельность; -умеете работать в команде; -инициативны и стремитесь к саморазвитию. Условия работы: работа в одной из крупнейших компаний-поставщиков оборудования; дружелюбная, целеустремленная команда; возможность профессионального и карьерного развития; занятость 5 дней в неделю, с 8 до 17; комфортное и уютное рабочее место; возможны авансы и понедельная оплата, оформление по ТК РФ; гибкий график отпусков; корпоративные бонусы (перекус за счет компании, подарки на Дни рождения, Новый год, финансовая помощь в различных жизненных ситуациях); проводим обучение с опытным наставником. Официальное оформление З/П-стажеровочный месяц 35 т.р., затем от 40 т.р.
