Обеспечение контроля качества строительно-монтажных работ и достоверности объемов выполненных работ со стороны Управления комплексной безопасности. Предотвращение финансовых и репутационных рисков Фонда, связанных с приемкой некачественных или фактически не выполненных работ, а также выявлением нарушений проектных решений Выездной контроль на объектах: проведение выборочных и плановых проверок хода строительства на соответствие проектной, рабочей и нормативной документации Аудит исполнительной документации: экспертная проверка комплектов исполнительной документации на полноту, достоверность и соответствие фактическим объемам работ. Выявление расхождений между подписанными актами КС-2 и фактически выполненными работами Техническая экспертиза: чтение и анализ чертежей, схем и спецификаций для выявления ошибок монтажа, отступлений от проекта и использования некондиционных материалов Фиксация нарушений: выявление дефектов, несоответствий и признаков фиктивных работ. Подготовка аналитических справок для руководства Контроль скрытых работ: выборочное участие (в качестве наблюдателя) в освидетельствовании скрытых работ для подтверждения их качественного выполнения до закрытия последующими этапами строительства

Высшее строительное образование Опыт работы в строительном контроле от 3 лет в жилищном строительстве в городе Москва Приветствуется опыт работы в службе Заказчика, Технического заказчика или независимого строительного контроля не менее 3 лет. Опыт работы в аудиторских или контрольно-ревизионных подразделениях строительных компаний будет преимуществом. Навыки работы с документацией: умение читать проектную документацию, сопоставлять её с исполнительными схемами и фактически выполненными работами, навык быстрого выявления логических и технических ошибок в Актах освидетельствования скрытых работ и журналах работ ПК уверенный пользователь Ответственность, честность, коммуникабельность
